Zmarty Refund Policy

Subscriptions
If you believe a subscription charge was made in error, contact support@zmarty.me within 7 days of the charge. Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method.
Credit Packs
Unused credit-pack purchases may be reviewed for refund within 7 days of purchase. Used or partially used packs are generally non-refundable unless required by law.
Cancellations
You can cancel before the next renewal to stop future subscription charges. Cancellation prevents the next recurring payment but does not automatically refund the current billing period.
